Vol. 02 opened with a keynote from a CS leader, then handed the room an open mic. People came to listen and stayed to speak. Saturday, July 11, 4 to 7 PM.

An outside voice, up close.
Vol. 02 was made by a guest who flew in from overseas to spend the evening with us in Chennai. He brought years of hard-won experience into the room, made the whole night come alive, and left everyone he spoke with something to take away.
He came in a personal capacity, on his own interest and not on behalf of any company, so we are keeping this one name-free, just as he asked. Whoever you are: thank you for your time and your generosity.

That was The Unscripted Hour.
A good, genuinely fun evening, and a meaningful one for the CS and CX crowd in Chennai. It was valuable for us and, we hope, just as valuable for everyone who came. Thank you for showing up, for sharing what you know, and for investing your evening in this room. The night started well and ended even better, with all of us swapping notes and stories. Thank you for your contribution, and we will see you at the volumes still to come.
