Chennai's first CS & CX gathering. You arrive, write a question on a red card, and hang it on the wall. Others pin answers. By the end of the evening, the room has worked through the most important ones together. Everything gets written down.
Hosted by SupportWire An AI-native support platform, built in Chennai.
The format
Meet Circa.
Everyone in the room has questions they are stuck on, and everyone has answers somebody else needs. Circa makes that exchange happen.
Red card: your question
Write what you are stuck on.
You arrive and you are handed two cards in your swag bag. On the red one, write something you are actually stuck on at work, the thing you would ask a friend if you had one in CS leadership, and hang it on the wall.
Blue card: your answer
Answer one back.
Walk the wall and read everyone's red cards. When you see one you have solved before, write your answer on a blue card and pin it beneath theirs. Forty minutes in, the wall is alive.
How it works
Then we sit in a circle and actually talk.
By the time the discussion starts, the room already knows what matters. We pick the questions with the most pins, and the people who answered them lead.
Write your question
Red card. One thing you are stuck on. Hang it up before we begin.
Answer one back
Blue card. Walk the wall and pin your know-how under someone else's question.
Circle up
We pick the busiest questions and dig into them together, one by one.
It goes in the KB
Every conclusion gets written down and added to a public knowledge hub. You take it home.
The evening
Two and a half hours, tight.
We have designed every minute. No one's time gets wasted, including yours.
Check in, swag bag, your red card
4:30 to 5:00 PM
You arrive and you are checked in. You get a tote with goodies, your two cards, and a few minutes to settle in. Use the time to write what is actually on your mind and hang it on the wall before we begin.
The state of AI in modern support leadership
5:00 to 5:20 PM
SupportWire opens with a 20-minute view from the field: what AI is doing to CS leadership right now, what is working in Indian SaaS, and what is just hype. Short, useful, no slides for the sake of slides.
Two CS & CX leaders, in conversation
5:20 to 6:00 PM
A real conversation with two senior practitioners, a Lead CSM and a CX leader, about how their roles have changed in the last 18 months. Honest, specific, not a pitch.
Walk the wall, drop your blue cards
6:00 to 6:15 PM
Everyone gets up. You read the questions on the wall. You pin your answers to the ones you have solved. It is loud, it is mobile, and it is the most useful 15 minutes of the evening.
Pick a question, dig in together
6:15 to 7:00 PM
We sit in a circle and take the most-pinned questions one by one. Whoever pinned an answer leads the discussion, and we end each one with a clear conclusion that gets written down for the KB.

You do not just attend. You take it home.
Most events end with we will send the recording. We do not. Every question that comes up at Circa, and every answer the room arrives at, gets written down and added to a public knowledge hub. Even if you miss a discussion on the night, you can still read what the room figured out together. And so can everyone else.
Who it's for
Mostly, it's for you.
If you work in customer success or CX in Chennai, this is for you. Warm to first-timers, useful to old hands, friendly to everyone in between.
CSMs and support managers
Trying to figure out what your job looks like in two years as AI reshapes the work. Come think it through with peers.
Heads of CS and CX leads
Want a few peers to think out loud with about comp, metrics, and team structure after deflection. This is your room.
First-timers and the curious
New to CS, or just curious who else is figuring out this moment in Chennai. Titles do not matter to us. Curiosity does.
Before you RSVP
Questions people ask us.
If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer it.
Is this really free?
Yes. SupportWire is covering the venue, food, and swag. We want you in the room more than we want to recover costs from a first event.
Will SupportWire be selling to me?
No one in the room will be pitched. We open with a short talk on the state of AI in support, but that is it. We would rather you trust us than buy from us.
I am not very senior. Should I come?
Yes. We do not care about titles. We care that you work in CS or CX and have things you are working through. Mid-career folks usually ask the best questions.
What if my question feels too basic for the room?
Write it anyway. The most basic questions are usually the ones half the room is also stuck on, just too shy to admit. Circa is anonymous: nobody knows whose card is whose until you choose to speak up.
Will there be more events after this?
If this one goes well and you want more, yes. We would love to make Circa a regular thing in Chennai. But we are starting with one good evening, not a roadmap.
